NRAA Advocacy
- Details
The National Renal Administrators Association (NRAA) provides a voice in Washington, DC for its membership through the implementation of a strong and multi-faceted federal legislative and regulatory advocacy program. We also serve as an educational resource for policymakers on national and local issues pertaining to End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).
Did you hear NRAA has formed an Advocacy Network?
Join and Advocate With Us
The NRAA Advocacy Network provides the opportunity for NRAA members to join the committee to learn more about issues impacting our ESRD community. The Advocacy Network is charged to educate and inform our elected officials about a variety of issues that impact us as dialysis providers and our patients. A variety of tools and resources are available to the NRAA Advocacy Network including our DC Policy Professionals at Prime Policy and CapWiz.
Advocacy Ambassadors
This newly created sub-groups goalis to work with all of you in this group to develop effective outreach to elected officials regarding ESRD, dialysis and healthcare issues. The Ambassadors attended a One Day Training in the Spring of 2011.
Members of the NRAA Advocacy Network
We are pleased that the NRAA Advocacy Networks has a broad spectrum of NRAA members including hospital based, independent, small, and mid-sized dialysis providers. The diverse committee members allow the Advocacy Network the opportunity to discuss and learn from each other about how issues impact their specific facilities.
