We invite you to become a member of NRAA, the only national organization for managers of dialysis facilities. Below is a list of membership categories and the corresponding member benefits. As you can see, NRAA membership is essential for both Renal Managers and facilities. To become a member, use the secure online registration system by clicking on the link below. Membership Categories
Membership is open to ALL Renal Managers
Active Member: (dues $300/yr, GPO members are eligible for 50% discount)
An Active member of the association shall be a COMPANY that meets the NRAA definition of Provider Company or Management Consulting Company. An Active member company must designate a Primary Representative to represent it. An Active member may have unlimited non-voting NRAA Contacts that may participate in NRAA activities and benefits. The assigned Primary Representative acts as the voting member and is eligible to sit on the NRAA Board of Directors
Associate Member: (dues $150, GPO members are not eligible for 50% GPO discount)
An Associate member is exclusively an INDIVIDUAL who is involved in the ESRD industry and supportive of the purposes of NRAA. These individuals are not directly employed by or otherwise involved in companies that are Active members of NRAA. These individuals are not eligible for membership as an Active member of NRAA. Associate Members do not have voting rights and are not eligible to sit on the NRAA Board of Directors.
Affiliate Member: (dues $300/yr, GPO members are eligible for 50% discount)
An Affiliate member is any COMPANY involved in the ESRD industry and supportive of the purposes of NRAA. These companies are not eligible for membership as an Active member of NRAA. An Affiliate member may have unlimited NRAA Contacts that may participate in NRAA activities and benefits. Affiliate Members do not have voting rights and are not eligible to sit on the NRAA Board of Directors.
Primary Representative: (dues are included with company membership)
An active member of the Association shall be a company that meets the NRAA definition of Provider Company or management consulting company. An Active Member is represented by an individual who has been designated in writing to be the Primary Representative by the company. A company can only have one Primary Representative at a time. A change in Primary Representative may be made by the company in writing to NRAA.
Additional Contact: (dues $50, GPO members are not eligible for 50% GPO discount)
An Active Member or Affiliate Member Company may identify unlimited additional contacts as part of their active membership. Additional Contacts are not eligible to vote or be a candidate for, elected to or appointed to the Board or serve as an Officer.
Annual Dues
NRAA's fiscal year is effective July 1 through June 30. Annual dues are payable in full and in advance, by check or credit card. NRAA prorates your dues into the next fiscal year. For federal tax purposes NRAA dues are deductible as a business expense, but not as a charitable contribution. As NRAA engages in state and federal lobbying, a portion of the dues are not tax deductible. The nondeductible portion of dues is 15%.

Protecting the interests of the Renal Managers in the legislative arena is a major goal of the NRAA. Whether it's developing recommendations for the Medicare Payment Assessment Commission (MedPAC), monitoring the Medicare debate in Congress, or responding to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations — NRAA represents you!
